Social Publisher

Put your posts on a calendar, check each one against the channel it goes to, and let the server post them on time. Anything not connected waits for Copy and open. Results are only what each channel returns.

Before you start

  • Your Aha Studio accountSign in with your Aha Studio account. Scheduling and publishing are part of your plan. Without a plan you can write and preview posts in the free demo.
  • Your postsA finished SpeedWritr project, a campaign or a Frameworks week from the campaign board, or a post you write on the spot.
  • Your channels (optional)X, LinkedIn or a Facebook Page sign in; Bluesky takes an app password; Threads and Instagram go through your own Ayrshare key. Without a connection a post waits for Copy and open.
PART 01

Schedule your posts

  1. Open Social PublisherAt socialpublisher.ahastudio.net, or press Start something new on your account page and choose Social posts.
  2. Connect your channelsOpen the Channels tab. Press Connect for X, LinkedIn or Facebook and allow access, or add your Bluesky handle and an app password, or paste your Ayrshare API key. Each card shows the account it posts to.
  3. Bring in your postsOn the Compose tab, press Bring in from SpeedWritr and pick a project, or pick a campaign or a Frameworks week to put one project on each day. Or write a post yourself.
  4. Check every channelEach channel has its own version with a live count. A post over the limit shows what to change. Split into a thread breaks a long X or Bluesky post into parts, and Fit it with AI rewrites it for that channel from your own words.
  5. Add an imagePick one of your uploads or an image saved on the SpeedWritr project. An image idea with no picture yet has Open in ChatGPT: make it there, then upload it here.
  6. Pick the timeChoose the date, the time and your time zone, or press one of the suggested times. Post now sends it on the next pass of the queue.
  7. Press ScheduleThe posts land on the Calendar tab with their status: Scheduled, Posting now, Posted with the link, Failed with the cause and Retry, or Copy and open.
  8. Read the resultsThe Results tab shows the likes, reposts, replies, comments and views each channel returned, about a day and a week after posting.

LinkedInUp to 3,000 characters, 1 image. Press Connect and sign in. Shows Coming soon until it is set up on this server; use Copy and open meanwhile.
BlueskyUp to 300 characters a part, threads up to 25 parts, 4 images. Your handle and an app password.
Facebook PageUp to 63,206 characters, 1 image. Press Connect and sign in. Shows Coming soon until it is set up on this server; use Copy and open meanwhile.
ThreadsUp to 500 characters, 1 image. Through your own Ayrshare API key.
InstagramUp to 2,200 characters, 1 image (an image is needed). Through your own Ayrshare API key.
PART 03

Where the times and results come from

Suggested timesFrom your own posted results once a channel has 8 posts with results: the weekday and hour, with how many posts each is based on. Until then the defaults, labelled Default, not from your results.
ResultsOnly the numbers the channel returned. X: likes, reposts, replies, quotes and views. Bluesky: likes, reposts, replies and quotes. Facebook: reactions, comments and shares. LinkedIn does not share results with apps like this one, so none are shown.
Fit it with AIRewrites your post for one channel from your words only. A version with a number that is not in your post, or one that still breaks the rules, is not used.
