A playbook chains the AI workers into one run for one goal. Each worker hands its work to the next, you watch one timeline, and where a step needs you the run waits with a Your turn card. Every step is a normal run of that worker, in Your work.

Before you start

  • Your Aha Studio accountRunning a playbook is part of your plan. Without a plan the free dry run shows every step of any playbook with the estimate, and starts nothing.
  • The facts for the formA name, the niche or main keyword, and what each playbook says it needs (the offer, the city and services, the product, a website). Only what is true: the workers never invent numbers, reviews or claims.
  • Somewhere to publishWhere a playbook builds a site, pages or a funnel, you publish them yourself at the Your turn step: Netlify, WordPress, GitHub, Cloudflare or your own storage, all set up under Publishing.
  • Your own accounts for postingBorrowed Authority and the Launch Submitter never post for you: at their Your turn step you publish on your own account, then continue.
The estimate is the sum of each worker's own per-run cap, so it is a ceiling, not a bill. The running total is what the runs have really cost so far.
PART 01

Start a playbook

  1. Pick a playbookTen to choose from: New Site, Directory Site, Local Business, Lead Magnet, Webinar, Content Authority, SaaS Launch, Affiliate Site, Calculator Empire, Agency Client Onboarding. Each tile says what it is for, how many steps it has and the estimate.
  2. Fill in the formThe fields the playbook needs are marked; the rest are optional. If you work for clients, pick who it is For and the Persona: every run in the playbook is made for that client, in that voice.
  3. Read the dry runUnder the form, every step in order: which worker runs it, what it does, its cap, and Your turn where it waits for you. Untick Include on an optional step to leave it out.
  4. Press Start the playbookThe run starts on the server and keeps going while the page is closed. Open it any time from Your work or Account, Playbooks.

While it runs

  1. Watch the timelineEach step shows Queued, Running, Your turn, Done, Skipped or Stopped, with the worker it runs on and a link to its work once it exists. The card at the top shows steps done and the cost so far against the estimate.
  2. Do your partA Your turn card says what to do and opens the work: publish the site, pick the calculator idea, check the points SpeedWritr heard, post on your own account. Press Done, continue when you have. A step that waits inside a worker (a choice to make there) has Check again instead.
  3. Retry a stopped stepA step that stops shows its cause. Retry this step starts that worker again; Skip it and carry on leaves it out and moves on.
  4. Collect the outputsWhen every step is done, What it made lists each run with its link and the live address where one was published.

How the steps feed each other

The keywordWhere Keyword Research runs first, the first keyword with a go verdict feeds the site builders and the backlink, AI search and platform-post steps; without it, the keyword you typed.
The live addressAfter you publish at a Your turn step, the site or funnel's live address is read from that run and feeds the backlink, AI search and platform-post steps.
Your wordsSpeedWritr, the funnels and the lead magnet write from the name, the offer and the audience you typed, never from anything invented.
Client and personaThe client and persona you picked at the start go to every run in the playbook.
