Before you start

  • Your business basicsYour business name, what kind of business it is, and the city or town you serve.
  • Services and neighborhoodsYour services and the neighborhoods you cover. You can leave either list empty and the agent suggests one.
  • Optional detailsOptional: your website, phone, email, brand colour, and a competitor page you want to beat.
  • Somewhere to publishTo publish: a WordPress site and an Administrator or Editor login, or a free Netlify account, GitHub, Cloudflare or your own cloud storage. You can also download every page.
Sign in first. Everything you build while signed in is saved to your account.
PART 01

Build your pages

0 of 7 done
  1. Open Neighborhood PagesAt neighborhoodpages.ahastudio.net, or press Start something new on your account page and choose Page set.
  2. Fill in the basicsBusiness name, Business type and City or metro. These three are required. Enter just the city or town in City or metro, not a street address: the form will not go on with an address there (your address belongs on your profile). If your trade is listed under Industry, pick it: it fills in the business type and gives you a library of services to tap.
  3. Optional: who it is for, and the voiceIf you build for clients, pick the client under For (your client profiles are under Your account, Clients): the work uses its brand colour, voice, call to action and lead notifications, and is saved under that client in Your work. If you saved personas under Your account, Personas, pick one under Persona (BETA) to write in its voice and follow its Always and Never rules for this task; left on the default, it uses the client's default persona, else yours, else your profile voice. Aha Studio's own honesty rules always apply too. Each picker shows once you have saved a client or a persona.
  4. Optional extras on the first screenAdd your website, and open Phone, email, brand colour and voice to set your phone (for the call button), email, button text, page language (7 languages), brand colour, page addresses (service first or area first), a usual reply time, brand voice notes, a neighborhood map and a stats row. Only add real numbers to the stats row. Then press Next: services and areas.
  5. Add your services and neighborhoodsOne per line. Stuck? Press Suggest from business type, or the Suggest from button with your city on it (for example Suggest from Austin). Suggestions replace that list, so edit it afterwards to match what you really offer and where you really work. The counter shows how many pages that makes on your plan. You can also paste a Competitor page to beat (an https:// address) and the agent covers what it misses.
  6. Press Build my pagesWatch it work. The progress card shows how far along it is, what it is writing now, the time so far and an estimate of the time left, with counters for neighborhood pages, pillar pages and internal links. A paid build keeps going on our server, so you can close the page and come back to the same link.
  7. Check the resultThe quality bar shows unique titles, H1s and meta descriptions, and the internal links (it should say 0 broken). Click any page to preview it, or open the hub page that links every page.

Make it yours

0 of 5 done

Everything below is under Finish and publish.

  1. Edit any pageWith Edit this page under the preview: title, meta description, headline, intro, why choose us, things to check before booking, sections, area facts, FAQs and call to action. Each part has a Regenerate button with an optional instruction. Press Save changes, then publish again to update WordPress.
  2. Add your testimonials, awards and teamUp to 8 of each. They are never written by AI. Tick the box to confirm testimonials are real reviews from real customers. Save a team member before adding their photo.
  3. Add hero imagesIn Hero images: one per pillar page; each neighborhood page reuses its service image. Generate them here with your own OpenAI key (add it once on your account page under AI and data keys; it is only ever sent to OpenAI), or press Open in ChatGPT to make them in your own ChatGPT, or upload your own (PNG, JPEG or WebP, at least 600 pixels wide).
  4. Add photos of each areaUnder Photos of each area, press + Add photo to upload up to three of your own photos per neighborhood. They show as the "About the area" gallery on every page for that area. Nothing is generated here, and an area with no photos simply has no gallery. At least 600 pixels wide; landscape works best.
  5. Set up leadsIn Leads from your pages. See Leads below.
PART 03

Publish to WordPress

0 of 5 done
  1. Create an application passwordIn WordPress: Users > Profile > Application Passwords, type "Aha Studio", press Add New Application Password and copy it.
  2. Connect your siteIn Publish to WordPress. If it asks, press Add these pages to your email first. Enter the site address, username and the application password, then Connect site. If WordPress uses plain permalinks, switch them to Settings > Permalinks > Post name first.
  3. Install the free Aha Studio Connector pluginUse Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin when the panel offers it. It sets each page's meta description in Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
  4. Choose how to publishAll as drafts now to review first (recommended), or Publish gradually, a few pages a day starting tomorrow, pillar pages first. You can also set a Parent address such as "neighborhoods".
  5. Press SendThe button shows the number of pages and your site name. Later edits go out with Publish again (updates the same pages), which never takes a live page down. A page you already had at the same address is left untouched.

No WordPress? Publish somewhere else (below), or press Download all pages (.zip) for a complete static site. On the free demo, press Save my pages with your email first.

PART 04

Publish somewhere else

Also under Publish, next to WordPress. Lead forms keep sending to Aha Studio wherever the pages are hosted.

  1. 1Create a token In Netlify, create a personal access token (User settings > Applications > Personal access tokens).
  2. 2Connect and deploy Under Publish to Netlify, paste it, press Connect Netlify, then Deploy to Netlify. Every page goes live as one website with the images and a sitemap. Deploy again updates the same site.
PART 05

Your code, ads and visitor stats

0 of 2 done
  1. Add your own code and adsOpen Your code and ads (BETA) with the publish options. Paste Head code (analytics, a pixel, a site verification tag) and Every page code (a chat widget, a booking button, an opt-in form), and In the article code (an ad unit or a sign-up box) at the place you pick. Under Ads, Add AdSense auto ads takes your publisher ID, and the ads.txt box lists your ad networks. Press Save code, then publish again to put it on your live pages. The previews never run it. Only you, the owner, can add code.
  2. Sell ad spots and count visitorsEvery site you publish is listed under Your account, Ads and stats (BETA). Switch on Ads and Stats for a site, set up your Ad spots, make banners in the Banner maker (design one there, make an AI image on your own OpenAI key, or upload your own), and read Ad analytics and Visitor stats. A new spot goes live the next time you publish the site it shows on.
PART 06

Leads

How they are collectedEvery page gets a working contact form: name, email, phone and a message (a name and an email or phone number are needed). It works wherever the pages are hosted, on WordPress or from the ZIP. The form is on by default; untick Add a contact form to every page to use your own form shortcode, or none.
Where they are storedIn Aha Studio, with these pages on your account. They are listed in Leads from your pages with the page each enquiry came from, and only you can see them, signed in. Deleting the pages from Your work deletes their leads too.
How they reach youEach enquiry is emailed to every address in Send each lead to (up to 5, comma or one per line, so an agency, its client and a third person can all get it; your account email when that is empty), sent by Aha Studio's own email service. Press Save. Every enquiry is stored before it is sent, so a failed email, webhook or list never loses it; anything that did not arrive is shown under that enquiry as Not delivered.
Add them to your email listOpen Also send to your email list (paste your autoresponder's HTML form code), paste the raw HTML form code from BirdSend, AWeber, GetResponse, Mailchimp, Kit (ConvertKit), ActiveCampaign, Systeme or another autoresponder, and press Add form. You see what was found, for example Sends to app.birdsend.co · email field: email · 2 hidden fields. Type a test name and email and press Test to check it, or Remove to take it off. Each new enquiry's email (and name, when the form asks for one) is then added to that list. Up to 3 forms. Use the HTML version of the form, not the JavaScript one; the code is only read for its address and fields, never shown or run.
Send them to your email platformConnect your email platform once under Your account, Email platforms (Kit, Mailchimp, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, MailerLite, beehiiv, Brevo, GoHighLevel and more). Then open Send to your email platform (Kit, Mailchimp, AWeber and more) here, pick the platform and its list, and press Save. Each new lead is added to that list; a push that failed shows Retry.
Send them to Zapier, Make or your CRMOpen Webhooks (Zapier, Make, your CRM) and paste up to 3 https:// addresses, one per line, then press Save. Each enquiry is posted to every one as JSON.
Follow up by emailEmail sequences for these leads (BETA) opens Sequences with this project picked: write the follow-up emails in your voice, then create them in your email platform, add new leads to them, or copy them.
How to download themPress Download all as CSV under the list (your latest 1,000 enquiries: date, page, name, email, phone, message and source address).
All your leads in one placeEvery lead from every project is also in Your account, Leads: filter by AI worker, project, date or failed delivery, open a lead for every field and its delivery log (with Retry for a failed push to your email platform), set its follow-up status, add private notes, and download the filtered list as CSV.
PART 07

Your limits

ON YOUR PLAN5 sites a monthUp to 10 services x 25 neighborhoods per site (261 pages with the pillars).
FIRST 14 DAYS1 siteOf up to 4 services x 6 neighborhoods (29 pages). See the refund policy.

Your plan also includes a monthly amount of AI work, shared by all your AI workers. When this month's is used, the AI work carries on with your own AI key: the provider and model you choose on your account page under AI and data keys, Text and reports. Without a key, it resumes on the 1st. Images always use your own OpenAI key, or the ChatGPT route.
